Older steter fic

I am looking for an older Peter/stiles fic. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name and it’s been a long time since I read it so most of the details are fuzzy. What I do remember is Stiles needing money for school and he comes to an agreement with Peter where he will clean peters apartment and run some errands for money. There is quite a bit of snark and boundaries get pushed/crossed. There is a scene where (after a fight I think) in order to maintain an emotional distance Peter deliberately acts like an as….jerk and asks how much Stiles would charge to let Peter watch him pleasure himself. Stiles agrees, forbids Peter from touching him, fulfills the request (while sitting on a chair in the living room) takes the money and quits.
Any help finding this fic or something similar would be greatly appreciated!
