Royal Hales with mates Derek/Stiles
Hello,I've lost a fic. It wasn't complete last I had read it which was several years ago and I've lost the bookmark. Long summary:The Hales are alive and Derek and Stiles started dating. At some point Derek's mom invited Stiles and his father to dinner and she revealed they are werewolves and the royal family. They have guards that follow them everywhere. Derek is the next in line so everyone is really invested in him giving Stiles the mating bite but being the little shits they are, they do it in private and Stiles asked for the bite to be somewhere private so people don't know they are mated. I think obvious place like the neck was usual.It has something to do with hunters and would be a secret weapon-maybe it gave them some kind of power? I don't remember. At some point Derek and his siblings take Stiles with them to New York for a weekend. Derek's younger brother is human and thinks the rest if his family hates him for it so is always doing stupid stuff to prove he us as good as a werewolf so keeps getting into bad fights and stuff. Stiles helps him see he is loved by his family. The guards hate Stiles and talk shit about him especially as they think he is just playing with Derek and refusing his mate bite. Kate attacks/kidnapped Stiles on his college campus and Stiles saved one of the guards that would have died during the attack. I don't remember how but it had something to do with his mating bite so the guards and Derek's family do find out they mated but Kate doesn't. Stiles does get saved but then he and Derek have go before some supernatural council thing and get verified as mated or something as Derek is the heir. The two of them are snarky little shits during the whole thing and have Peter and the little brother rolling on the floor in laughter. I think they are being as disrespectful/snarky as possible to make sure the council leaves them alone in the future. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
