Derek and Stiles kidnapped

I've been looking for a specific fic for a while now and I can't seem to find it anywhere.
I read this fic a while ago so the details may be a bit fuzzy but from what I can remember, Derek and Stiles are kidnapped together by hunters and taken to a forest in Canada where they are released and hunted for sport. There is a wolf pack in the area and one of the wolves protects Stiles but ends up severely injured. When the wolf dies he merges his spirit or mind with stiles (I think in the fic it was said this was how werewolves were made). Stiles and Derek eventually escape and have to travel on foot all the way back to Beacon Hills.
