Finding a time travel fic

Hi I’m looking for a time travel fic where Peter, Sheriff Stilinski and Stiles are the only ones left after a Hunter/Supernatural war. Stiles uses magic to go back in time taking his father and Peter but only Peter and his father remember at first. It’s a series and it’s Stiles/Derek… does anyone know where it is?
