Stiles leaves as forgotten by everyone but Derek

Hi this is my first post here so I hope I get this right.

I am looking for a fic that I read quite a while ago so some details may be not quite correct.
Stiles leaves Beacon because no one remembers him. I think after returning from the wild hunt. He manages to meet up with Derek I think in a diner and is delighted to find that Derek remembers him as he was outside Beacon hills.

I cant remember if it was Sterek or just a friendship
