Searching for a fic I read on AO3. Stiles has a son from another man who ran out on them and left Stiles in debt to Peter who is a loan shark. Derek is sent to collect from Stiles but stile son calls Derek Daddy. Derek likes this and starts geting attached and starts bringing the kid lollipops I think. I know it ends up with Stiles and the little boy and dog moving into Derek's very nice White House or apartment maybe it was a loft. And styles freaking out about how committed Derek is. Ther

Derek also also ends up paying off the debt that Styles ex owes Peter for him.
