Victim!Stiles pushed away accidentally

Hey all! I'm relatively new to the fandom and was wondering if there is something similar in this fandom to some Star Trek fics that I've read. Basic plot would be this: Stiles is sexually assaulted/raped, then tries to approach his significant other (someone wolfy) for comfort, but they accuse Stiles of cheating on them because they can smell the other person/sex/etc. on him without waiting for his explanation. Cue emotional damage of Stiles being raped and then being dumped by his partner, plus perhaps his partner convinces the rest of his friends that he cheated so he is even more isolated. Could have semi-happy ending of the partner figuring it out and being apologetic, or could have unhappy ending of Stiles moving away, etc.
