*FOUND* human sterek fic - deputy Derek and writer stiles

It’s been years and I’m dying to find and reread it. Not sure how many chaps it is, it was on a03 believe it was complete. Anyway…
Stiles comes home to beacon hills after being away starting his career as a popular writer. he comes home to BH because he’s having a writers block. He hangs with his dad at the station while trying to figure out where his crime mystery novel is going. He has his own apartment and while he’s figuring out new chapters he finds two abandoned kittens and decides to foster them (ends up falling in love and keeps them) middle of story stiles sees his dads reports of arson and decides that he will help, he finds out clues that lead him to BH school, whoever it is tries to kill him by setting the school on fire with him inside. Derek finds him and saves him. Derek then checks in on him after and they become more than friends. Stiles figures out who the arsonist is (Kate argent) and with his dad and Derek’s help get her arrested. Stiles finished his novel and gets a relationship in the end. I believe that Derek is not a werewolf just human.
