Stiles with magical tattoos

1. I read this fic a hot minute ago but I keep randomly thinking of it and I can not find it. So, here goes. It’s a Derek/stiles fic where stiles is a crazy powerful magic user that Kate controls. She does this by spells and magic objects that she puts on him when he leaves or has in his tower when he’s at home. Derek and the pack are forced to guard him and they all hate it because this spark has killed a bunch of people. They all are prepared to hate him and for the longest time give him the silent treatment even though he’s really nice to them. He also talks to his plants and Lydia brings him coffee randomly. Kate forces him to attack this village and he tries to save one little family and she finds out and beheads them. He has a panic attack one night and Derek helps bring him out of it but stiles feels really guilty because Derek has to comfort some monster. Boyd and Erica are mates which stiles finds out but promises to keep a secret because it puts them at risk. He also has these tattoos that are an indicator of how powerful he is, I think they were clouds. They get lighter if you magically exhausts himself.
Seriously I would loveeeeee to find this fic again. Any help would be appreciated.
