Looking for recommendations; Self-harm/depression fics, but bittersweet 💔
Ok, I'm looking for recommendations again...
Are there any fics where Stiles is depressed/cuts/plans suicide, BUT (!!!) without the story being completely dark... Like, I want Stiles to be Stiles in the story and still make jokes and live and love life, but his depression would cause him to go to a dark place at some point, and Stiles is like okay, but he's not okay at the same time okay and on the edge...
In general, I'm looking for fics where depression/self-harm is not romanticized and described as some kind of teenage drama, but where this problem is close to reality and you read and go "this is so cute and this is so sad ". Hurt/comfort would be great, but I'm also considering stories ending in death.
The main thing is that there is depression/self-harm, but despite this, when reading, the reader would feel not only pain, but also hope/something pleasant... I’m just looking for comfortable sad stories, but the tags are difficult :сс
