I'm sorry for the delay!

I'm afraid its a NO for me.
I think you've got the basics down really well, I like what you're working on with your more complex icons.
This is absolutely gorgeous, as is this one.

I'd like to see more from you in a month or so, see how you continue to improve. I'd keep an eye on your sharpening? A lot of your icons seem slightly blurred.

Thanks for the concrit I'll definitely try again next month!
And yes, I have a sharpening problem... I'm always afraid of sharpening the images too much... :(

I totally understand that. Sharpening is a fine line.
I personally use Unsharp Mask filter in photoshop, with these settings:
