Stiles always knew Sasha would find her way to Beacon Hills sooner or later - and that her sense of timing would no doubt leave something to be desired. What he hadn’t anticipated was how difficult it would be to keep things civil. After all, Sasha took off and left him and their daughter. The fact that she’d never made him any promises didn't actually help matters when he thought back to the year he spent struggling to provide for Alice on his own. Despite the difficulties, he’d managed it while still holding on to his dream job, only coming back to Beacon Hills when it became clear that his daughter would need to grow up within the security of a pack.
At first, it seems like the flighty Sasha is just passing through on her constant travels. However, it soon becomes clear that she’s in trouble - and that she’s worried enough to bank on her various ties to Beacon Hills to convince Derek, as the alpha, to help her.
