update on my life.
it has been nearly 9 months since i posted last. that seems strange, as just about 1 year ago at this time i was about to become assistant manager at i-soldit. and 9 months ago i was in full swing doing that, while being very very bored doing it. which was not so different as the previous year and a half of working there, but i was making more money. so nowww... wait, going back. so thennn, it was late may heading into june. adam was set to move out, elissa and i needed to move, and i was very very tired of working at i-soldit.
and so, i quit my job, adam left and we moved to long beach. at this point i became a bum. i tried to sell things on ebay, got a part time job working for a jeweler, and not much else. this wasn't working out so well, and i was on the verge of getting another crappy, low-paying job as no one/business/anything called me in for an interview. out of 40ish resumes sent out, not one. and then i got a little lucky. well, not really. the truth is that i have contacts that have allowed me to be lucky. it is at this point, in the middle of september that a resume that i put in to Directv is looked at and i am brought in for an interview, i get hired, and i begin working there in mid-october. that is my life at current.
so at the last journal entry i had been gluten free for 1 year. now i am 1 year and 9 monthsish g-free. i now weigh almost 70 lbs lighter than i did before the whole gluten thing start. the other day i put on a dress shirt and it looked like i was wearing my dads clothes. but i dont think that i've had that experience of looking like i was wearing my dad's clothes since i was around 10. but at this moment i am the same weight that i was when i was 10, which sounds weird, but i was a fat kid.
and that is all. or at least, all that i can think of right now. back to work.
