One reason I loathe standardized tests... and the ACT, in particular.
"Pennsylvania's constitution was probably the most democratic of any of the early states. Pennsylvania extended the right to vote to most adult males. (With the exception of Vermont, the other states allowed only property owners to vote; New Jersey alone extended the priviledge to women.)"
According to this [paragraph], the right to vote was limited to property owners in all the states EXCEPT
I. NJ
II. PA
III. VT
A) II. only
B) I and II
C) II and III
D) I, II, and III
Maybe you all know how to play the game better than I do, but that paragraph was NOT clear to me.
