I have an alter-ego. Her name is Tilley Grace.
She only comes out when I'm in a scary situation and need to be brave, or when I'm in a fight with someone...she's the one who comes up with all the quick come backs. Tilley will kick anyone's ass who messes with me, whether she wins or loses she wont back down.
The whole three days that I've been here, Tilley has already come out to meet new people, go get job applications, go out to unfamiliar territory and tried to look like it's not uncomfortable at all. She's awesome.
But Tilley is trying to teach Mollie how to be brave and strong and courageous like her.
Only people I'm really close to see Mollie. I like being Mollie the best, I just need to stop being such a damn spaz about everything.
I can do it though...stay true to myself; fun, sweet, goofy, friendly, etc. Yet at the same time take pointers from Tilley Grace and stand up for myself.
Thank goodness for Tilley right now though.
