not faking it

so. i stayed home on tuesday feeling like a big glob of snot with a headache. it was a good call. but i while i was sleeping (until two in the afternoon) my mother was busy neglecting me. since she didn't call the doctor, despite the fact that there was OBVIOUSLY something very wrong with me, i knew that i would be out of MHS for at least another day. so, as the story goes, i was just watching gilmore girls and being a good little invalid pushing seltzer water, when my ears started hurting. by four in the morning, i wanted to die.

here is some validation of your childhood aches and pains to explain this to you:
you know when you were little and everything felt like it hurt a ton and you thought you were going to break if anyone even touched your boo-boo? well, guess what? you weren't deceived. you were ACTUALLY hurting that much. and when you are a big kid, those not-so-little ear aches hurt even more.

i didn't sleep until eight this morning. doctor at ten. when they're not taking your blood, doctors are great. cause BAM! they gave me medicine for my "bilateral ear infection" and "severe congestion" and i am already feeling moderately able to function. the doctor also told me to take the week to sleep this off, but i can't really miss much more school before i will become a super-duper-senior. and that is not happening.

so noise = bad. my ears = gross (in the eardrum, not the outside part). and that's the story. best wishes to allen rice who i hear also missed schoolio today. hope you all stay in impeccable health.

much love. pudding. pudding. pudding galore. jules.
