You make me wanna, you make me wanna SCREAM...

HEY Y'ALL!

Here's how my day went:

1st block- Mr. Slaughter's World Geography class. What a great way to start the day. Mr. Slaughter is a whole lot of sexy man. I'll post a pic when I'm not too lazy to do so. Actually, I have a lot of work I need to do for his class instead of writing this. But Mr. Slaughter loves me to death because JoAnna and I are the only ones who pay attention in class (he only thinks we're paying attention, we're actually staring intently at either his face or his butt at all times.) and so he gives me lots of free time to finish assignments. Hurray for nice and hot teachers.

2nd Block- Health. Mrs. Gardener. Blah + Blah = Extra blah.

3rd block- Oh, Mr. Lyons. Pardon my english, but he is an asshole sometimes. I am sorry, but I don't see any reason to freak out because I circled the homwork problems in our book. You can tell me not to. You don't have to yell and have a hissy fit like a little girl. And that's all I have to say about that.

4th Block- English with None other than Mrs. Bryant, the awesomeness. She is so cool, and I'm really looking forward to ending my freshman year in her class.

After school- Mr. Lyons came by Mrs. Braynt's room (she took me home today) to ask how I was doing, I replied that I was furious with him and I didn't understand Algebra and I was going to need therapy because he is anal retentive and I disliked his class. Ok, I may have been nicer. But I did tell him I was furious with him and that I didn't understand Algebra. He talked me through a couple problems, hugged me, and told me he hoped we'd have a better day tomorrow, which is Lyonese for I'm going to give you 50 practice problems. Where's he come off trying to be all Father Murphy-ish, huh? He's acting like my local priest. What the phunk?

Only time will tell what this unforseen kindness from Mr. Lyons is really about.

Oh, wrote a poem in 1st block...

So much to explore that we can't learn in books.
Take me across the oceans
Sing to me the song of the stars
The planets are waiting for me to comprehend them
So take my hand
Teach me something
Love, living, happiness...
Teach me the universe.

Odd? Heck yes. But considering I haven't written in a while, I like it.
