Someone keyed our new car! I went out shopping with my parents today. While we were out Billy called and said that someone keyed it. We came back to our place to look at it. Someone keyed two spots on the hood and those are pretty deep. The driver side is keyed from the front door to the back gate. The gate lift is also scratched in a few spots.
We took it down to our leasing office they didn't give a shit. They just told us to call the cops. So we did. The cop came and we filled out a report. He asked us questions about if we have enemies. I told him not really. Which is the truth. I fucking stay home 4 or 5 days a week and I don't talk to no one here besides our neighbors because they are friends from HS. Anyways I have a pretty good idea who it is too. The lady below us is a total bitch, she plays her music loud at 8 am all the time. She did almost all day yesterday. When she does that I turn my vacuum cleaner on and I let it sit so she'll get the hint to turn it off. Her boyfriend who doesn't live with her parked his SUV next to us last night. They were both gone before we got up.
It was fine yesterday because we went out to eat at 5pm.
The cop said that if we hear anything to let him know. He said that if we find out it's the lady below us and she plays her music loud a lot in the future to call him. He gave us his direct number. He said he's friends with the owner and he'll get her evicted.
We talked to an older lady that lives across from her and have her "complain" about us to the lady and she what her reaction is.
This sucks so bad. We've had it for a month and a half. We took it to get two esitmates today one place said it'd cost $2,300 and another at $1,800. I don't know if I want to go through the insurance company. I don't want to pay higher insurance every month because someone is an asshole.
I thought about painting the Cruiser a cotton candy pink lol.
