Calvin

Ahaha I bet everybody has been wondering what happened XD We got home yesterday from the hospital but it's been really hectic so I haven't really felt like even coming online. Anywhooo, I'll just give a quick lowdown, don't feel like writing the epic saga of Calvin yet.

Calvin Greggory (yes 3 g's) Sherlock (this was a compromise) P. was born Wednesday at 4:48PM, 7lbs 10oz 21in long. I was really worried about the whole process but it went fairly smooth. Thankfully the nurse gave me medicine soon after I started to feel contractions so I barely felt most of it. By the time he was ready to be born the whole lower half of my body was completely numb. I had an epidural, an extra jolt of that (I was allowed to push the button that released extra medicine 3 times but only did so once) and some guy came in and put some medicine into my epidural tube randomly. It was amazing XD My boyfriend wasn't going to cut the cord but the really cute doctor who delivered Calvin talked him into it. He was really funny and nice; I'm glad I didn't have a really old doctor, this one made me feel pretty comfortable. Anyway, right after he was born and cried, I burst into tears. It was so emotional. I love my little guy so much ;w; Even though he wont let me sleep haha

Me and him don't have diabetes and we are both doing really well healthy wise! I'm really glad to be home with him and my boyfriend. Though, after experiencing this, I really don't want to have another child through birth again (oh god the healing). But I guess we'll see. My boyfriend really wants to adopt eventually, so we might do that instead when we feel we want another child.

Here's a gallery of pics from the day he was born and yesterday before he came home:

Thank god I don't look like a wreck in the pics XD But I feel like one
