After not blogging for what feels to be about a million years, I've decided I probably should start again. It really helped me get out whatever was swimming around in my cloudy head before a storm brewed.
Um. So.. where to begin?
On locale: I'm still up in Vermont, living with Pete and his good friend Sebastian (everyone calls him Seabass) who just got home from a 4 year stint in Africa doing peace corp work. We're in this pretty sweet condo complex with a pool. The surrounding area is all woodsy and stuff.. it would be paradise if it wasn't for the screaming children 24/7.
On family: My mom is good. She's still working entirely too hard for her age, but she's working with Karen, (my old boss at the trophy store) and they talk so much I don't think they're realizing how much work they're doing.
My brother and the hellbeast had another baby. Hooray for nieces x2! This one's name is Mallory Cecile. She is a cutie pie. McKenna just turned 2, and she is getting huge and cuter everytime I see her.
On stupid marriage crap: So many people are getting married/having babies. I was asked to sing at my cousin Marie's wedding a short while ago. While I was happy to accept, my first thought was, "She's definitely 2 years younger than me.." My biological clock is apparently getting impatient, and trying to create non-existent peer pressure. He's a tricky bastard.
I think I'm going to stop there, the whole relationship thing is REALLY complicated and I don't really have the energy to go into it now.
