Hell's kitchen is my new favourite thing.
I love cooking. I wanted to be a chef when I was younger - it was the first career that I was really serious about. I was going to open my own restaurant, Gillz Fillz, and I was going to serve pancakes and spaghetti and fettucine marinara and my amazing burgers. I was about 12. I hadn't thought that far ahead. Then I found out about the insane hours that chefs have to work and that dream fizzled out. But my love of cooking has always stayed.
It's great learning what the contestants are like, finding people to love and hate, and watching Gordon Ramsay abuse the ever-loving fuck out of the people who irritate you.
What would be really great would be my brother stopping playing his weird internet game for a bit and letting me watch. :(.
In other news, there is no salad dressing for our lunch. bleugh. *hates salad*
