it's 2:30 in the morning and I can't sleep, so I'm writing this baby now.
Best pilot episode
There's a few good ones here. The Friends one isn't bad. Neither's the Bones one. Something like the Buffy one is more the movie than anything else.
I think it's the Big Bang Theory one I liked best, though. I thought it was really funny, it introduced the characters well (for some reason I've suddenly started thinking about chicken korma with naan), and it involved Leonard and Sheldon getting their pants off, which was pretty damn funny. My favourite joke from it is: "So what do you people do around here for fun?" "Well today we tried masturbating for money."
I think Jim Parsons pretty much had Sheldon nutted out from the beginning. The only thing that was lacking at the start of the series was "*knock knock knock* Penny? *knock knock knock* Penny? *knock knock knock* Penny?"
