My ear infection isn't bothering me. It might be on its way out, or the ibuprofen is working--one or the other. We'll see how I feel tomorrow. I feel the same way when people compliment me like that .... Sort of like they're complimenting this person I know, instead of me and I'm supposed to be proud of it and take the compliment.

For me, it's profoundly depersonalizing. It makes me feel like I'm watching a television reality show about myself instead of actually being in my own body.
