(no subject)
Hello, All. I felt like posting today.
It's kinda sad realizing how much people have changed over the years. I miss my friends. It's sad that last year I probably could have named 20 people who I knew would always be there for me, and this year I can probably name 4 or 5. I love my friends and I am always excited to make plans with them or simply talk to them on the phone, but I am not getting that excitement back at all. I don't expect you to go crazy, just act at least a little bit happy to hear from me.
And this doesn't go for all of you. Thank you for calling me and making an effort to spend time with me. You know who you are. And you too. Even a couple of hours of hanging out with y'all gave me hope that I have not lost everyone. Really really thank you. I missed you guys so much.
Hmmm, I wish I had money, so I could move out. I need my own freaking room. So I can actually unpack. I can't wait til I graduate...and hopefully get a job to get me out of this hellhole.
Ha, I always start out these entries with a good vent. Aside from the lack-of-close-friends issue, my life is pretty good right now. I actually had a really amazing week. I haven't been given any work hours, which is good and bad, I suppose. Christine and I got to drive up to Grantham, NH to visit Becky and Eve in there new house, which was amazing. I got to walk on a lake! :)
Then I got to hang out with Xtie and we went to Applebees and then watched some Monk. Then Mikey called me and we met up with him at the mall. It was a good time.
I wanted to have big party plans for New Years, but I ended up at Matt's house sitting in front of a tv, just me and him, which was quite pleasant actually. It was a nice quiet New Years. Next year I will party it up. :-P On New Years Day, Matt and I drove to Chestnut Hill, MA to visit my grandparents, and they got to meet him for the first time. Then we saw Blue Man Group, which was freakin' awesome! I was almost hit with a random steam of banana goo or whatever it was. lol. I highly recommend this show! Then I got to go sledding this morning at Roby park. It has been waaaayyy too long. It was a lot of fun but I think I went over one too many jumps. My bum hurts. lol.
Then I had lunch with Rusty at Friendly's. I had a couple of unexplainable laughing fits. lol. btw, I almost forgot how much Rusty's car scares me.
Oh! Oh! Aaaand I got my grades back! B, B+, A-, A! lol one of each! It only brought my GPA down by, like, 0.03 points. So I'm still good. Next semester I need to apply to the UNH business school...If I don't get in I'm kinda screwed...maybe I should start working on that application...
Hmmm... I have no work for another week...What to do, what to do....
Well, I apologize if I bored anyone to death with this entry. It's nice to spill out random senseless feelings and events once in a while.
