(no subject)
So...Vinny and I got in the car and started heading toward Aqua from Manassas. On the way, we grabbed 2 Hurricanes for the party. So we eventually ended up in New York Avenue. I know Aqua is on NY Ave. from mapquest, so I was just driving down the road AGAIN AND AGAIN looking for this place. Vinny and I at least went around the whole NY Ave./K Street/7th Street area 4 times. By 12, we just decided to go to Platnium instead. Then we ended up heading to Georgetown XD Then found our way back to 7th St. again. By that time, both of us were pretty frustrated so we bust out the 40 and started drinking as we were trying to find Platnium. When we finally got to the place, and yea...took us another while...We ran into this homeless guy and we gave him like 1/4 of the Hurricane that's left in the bottle (which I still didn't understand...feel bad for this guy maybe?) Went in Platnium, paid 15$, then the girls wanted to go to 1223. Then when we got there, the place wouldn't let so many underage people in. So we ended up just heading home. And yea, that definitely sounds like a horrible night, but it was weird, I didn't think it was so bad, I had a great time just hanging out last night. Maybe it's the alcohol, maybe it's the people, I don't know. But whatever, I left my car in DC overnight b/c Alicia couldn't find her way back to Platnium and all that, so Vinny and I had to go to DC and pick it up. The whole process this morning took us about 3 hours because I friggin' got lost again...I really need to get my way around DC right ASAP.
