Updates and such
Well then, the last week started off boring but then quickly got a little more exciting.
I hung out with people through the week but even that seems like it was a long time ago.
Saturday was my cousin's bachelor party which was a lot of fun. The day started off with a trip to the local paintball establishment for a few games. I havent been to paintball in a long time so it was fun for me... I almost want to do it again. I have a bunch of welts on me and have been sore for the last few days but it was fun anyways. Theres something about jumping head first into cover while firing a semi automatic paint shooter that just makes the day complete. Needless to say I would kill to go again. After painball we stopped by the liquor store and sobies for BBQ supplies. We grabbed 2 flats of beer which the 12-18 of us went through relitively quickly, food was BBQed and a few hands of poker were played. After we were done with our food and beer we went to the Garrason Breweries where it was 15 dollars for 2 hours of all you can drink beer. Being a bachelor party of course there was a stripper present. After we were kicked out of the brewery we took a taxi down to the waterfront and went to the beer tent. Some of us almost didn't get in because there were people who looked like some of the folks from our croud that caused a problem at the Lower Deck. We all eventually got in and after several beers I got to see how some of my cousins really acted, which was quite funny. The band that was playing, Signal Hill, an acoustic folk rock band from St. Johns was simply amazing and everyone had a great time. I ran into one of my brother's friends and one of her friends, we sat around and talked for a bit. After the band stopped playing and people were starting to leave we got a drive home... The person who was driving (never actually knew who she was) was obviously crazy because I've never seen so many people get cut off in my life... I could have swore we almost died 4-5 times and she wasnt even drinking!
Yesterday (sunday) I went to the boston pizza job fair. I was asked back for a second interview so that is definately a good sign, anythings better than pizza slut.. err... hut...
tonight I plan on going out for a donair with Matt Daniszewski and tomorrow I am going to a party tomorrow night.
