First Cosplay? You Bet
This weekend I went to Hobby Lobby and bought tons of items required for my first cosplay. I'm planning on doing a Golden Saint from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion since I've been in an Elder Scrolls kick lately (must be because Skyrim is around the corner).
Items I Bought:
Craft Foam
Metallic Gold Spray Paint
TONS of Elmer's glue
Fabric glue
Heavy-duty scissors
Amethyst rocks
Posterboard
Ball-point pen
X-Acto knife
And probably stuff I'm forgetting.
I already ran into my first issue trying to make a feminine looking cuirass. Boobies are a problem (even though I don't have much) but hopefully when I mess around enough I'll be able to make a decent pattern to work with. Craft foam is cheap enough, at least.
I'll update this thing with pictures as I continue forth.
Making a pattern. It looks huge because it's closer to the camera than I am; it's actually pretty tight.
