Mothers; have one?
Ahh, to have summer again...
Getting burnt out with all the reading I'm suppose to be doing but am not...need to find time to catch up! Have wonderful teachers, but hard to grasp some historical context and what the teachers expect of me. I'm bad at writing history papers.
Was taken back when I called my parents in Washington and talked to my mom. What made me almost lose a step in my walk was saying the word "Mom." I never utter that word most of the year and it was weird saying it. I have a mom, but then all this time I feel like I don't. Instead of "Mom" or "Dad" I say "Uncle Bill" and Aunt Karen." It just feels nice to say "Mom," since I have one. So many of you are lucky, but then, in a way, I have two sets of parents. But it's not the same...do you understand what I'm saying? If not, that's ok; this is my blog and it's just a reminder to me what's going on in my life. hehehe, gotta go study for my Chem test!
