still looking for staff
Without knowing.. the cafe is already in operation for 2 months plus..
Due to other commitment... managing the hawker stalls in chomchom, one of the business partner and I will be away from the cafe often, hence, need extra helping hands at the cafe.
understand that most of you might be students hence exams period is around the corner... if you have friends who have just ROD and is scouting for other jobs.. I welcome them to work at the cafe until they get a job.. especially during the coming poly exam period..
Would appreciate if you guys can scout some full-time/part time staff for me... hehehe..
Working environment is friendly, cheerful and no as stressful(only during peak period). The management is easy going as long as you do the job right. Politics in the working environment? .. Hardly!!..My business partners and I also make sure that our staff personal time is taken care of if they are unable to work on certain days of the week. So no worries!!

I'll still be going down to the cafe as much as I can. As soon as the hawker is stable and the ppl I've employed can work independantly, I'll be back at the cafe. That should be around a month or two time.
