Teddy can't help it. He's a bit miffed that Victoire left only a couple of days after they got together, as he's now experiencing Victoire withdrawal on top of...Victoire withdrawal. It's not exactly a healthy combination.
As such, he has found himself mysteriously in London, after a freak accident results in his Apparation to London and his hopeless wandering around has somehow led him to Victoire's door.
Funny how these things happen.
He's even accidentally picked up a gift on the way.
