Shameless Huckstering Time!
On February 20th (this Friday) at 7:30PM there will be a Wayang Kulit performance at Meany Theatre at the University of Washington.
Wayang Kulit is the amazing Javanese shadow puppet theater accompanied by gamelan. Gamelan Pacifica will be playing with yours truly holding forth from the Kenong pit once again. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to see this magickal art form in Seattle. If you have the evening free I encourage you to come and check it out. There will be a pre-event discussion at 6:45 for ticket holders in the lobby.
