We may have hit a snag

Eddie sounds a lot like Teddy.
Mummy's had to correct herself a few times.....mostly ending in her eyes leaking.
These stoopid two-foots are very fragile....too fragile!!

I'm sure Eddie will take it as a compliment!
Mum occasionally slipped and called late-Bentley - Heathcliffe and he was very bunderstanding about it.

He doesn't look like Tedster, and I'm sure once he is with your Mum she will find it easier.
It does sound similar but I bet they are very different characters. The odd little slip means your buncle Ted is fondly remembered.

I gots called Bertie a fair amount when I arrived and not just by Mum either.
He won't mind, I didn't as I just knew that a lovely bun had started training the 2foots I would get to meet.

True. I've called Monty Hugo a few times, I just tell him we had another special boy before we knew him.
