What a day today. I am still in a lot of pain with my wrist but I think I will survive. In other matters though I really had a rough day. I put my daughter down for a nap at about 1 and then thought of something I forgot to do. SO I called my bank only to find out a really nasty surprise. I have to have patience:0) Otherwise I would go insane. She is better today though and taking a nap as I write this. I have been using my wrist more but it hurts a lot more today than yesterday. I think I need to call the doctor tomorrow, because I dont think it is supposed to be this sore. At least that is what he said. Pain Killers are not even taking the discomfort away. should it be hurting this much?

Just curious what did you have done? My daughter has a cyst on her wrist that's been hurting her and dr said we wouldn't do anything until it did give her trouble (originally it wasn't hurting her) so wondering if this is similar?

I had surgery on it on Tues. for tendonitouis. He cut my wrist open and removed the tendons from the tunnel they were in. The cut is a lot longer than he origanially told me it would be. I'm not sure it really should be hurting this much, because he said to me before he did this that I would be able to use it the day of the surgery. Well I dont think so. I can type and I am now using it when I drive and so forth but it does hurt. The tape that was on it under the badnage that he said I could take off Friday got wet in the shower and started to come off. So I took it off and re wrapped it. I dont knowI am going to call the doctor tomorrow because the pain pills are still making me feel nauseated and well yeasterday and the day before I didnt get sick but I did tonight. I dont have an appetite either. Oh and something I am not sure you would care to know but I think I better tell him is since the surgery I havent had a bowl movement and I have ate plenty. I am usually regular so I am starting to get worried. Might just be me just being

Not in the last 2 months, it's been recently that it's been hurting her.

I think it's important you do call your dr if it's still hurting, you could have an infection or something in it. Best get it checked.

Re the BM, that's probably due to the pain meds, they can do that to you especially if they are something like vicodin or tylenol 3. Might want to try some metamucil or something of the sort but also talk to the dr :)
