April Check up

So I know this is in May but I've been lazy. In April I completely plateaued. Did not gain did not lose anywhere. Bummed that I didn't lose any but at least I didn't gain any weight right? I am noticing a few spots. My collarbones are starting to jut out more, my hands and feet are getting smaller. I feel like my back is becoming more and more muscular though that may just be me...doesnt really show all that well in pictures. My legs are getting there, the upper leg is still giving me trouble. Like from the mid thigh up. Below that its getting quite impressive. Except I feel like I am getting a more cottage cheese look going. I have always had it in the hip area and around back and figured it would go away when I lost weight/got into shape. It is spreading and I dont get it. My hip and around back dont have it as much but i see it now towards my knee. I am not sure why I still have it. I was thinking that maybe thats what it looks like when fat transforms to muscle but I dont know. I did take pictures, they are from my new Nikon coolpix s8000. It is pretty and red :). My gymnastics teacher has been really supportive of me losing weight. He gets excited when I come back with the reports that I have lost inches...he actually asks me how I am doing and he even makes sure to tell me that I look like I have lost weight and how much progress I have made. That has been really cool since Brian doesnt say anything which can be frustrating and I need those little pick me ups to keep going. Well here are the pictures:
