A quick update to my update
I got a call from the office products company to come in for an interview, which we scheduled for Tuesday morning.
In the course of the call, I mentioned that I had been referred for the job by my friend Richard, who really loves working there and speaks very highly of the management and work environment.
The HR rep said, "Oh, we really love Richard."
And I know Richard recommended me by saying, "Robert is the most professional person I ever worked with."
So, going in, I think I am pretty well positioned.
