(no subject)
S' been an exhausting week. Heck, yesterday was an exhausting day, a veritable mental roller coaster.
So I was supposed to do this orientation thing at Berkely, so I overslept, and I was all bummed and stressed out 'cause I had no idea what was going on. But then I talked to this firend who's also going, and he's like, "it's okay if you're late, most of it is speeches anyways." So I went, and felt a bit better, but I still didn't know where the hell to go when I got there, or what to do or anything. I mean, I know where the UC itself is, I just didn't know which building to go to. And there's quite a few of them, completely unlike sac city or state, although less spread out than davis. So I walked around for a bit feeling kinda wierd when I finally found a directory, figured stuff out, talked to a councilor (who was actually helpful) and was done. So I felt a bit better, but still kinda worn out.
Then I went to sams for dinner/DnD (one of the awsomest combos ever), and I think that turned out pretty well. It's the first DnD in a while, and I was mostly pleased with how it turned out. Saw Julie again too, first time after a LONG while, which was awsome. So things turned out alright despite the mental agony.
I'd also like to say that Katie F, Allee(spelling?), and Rose are always makin food and stuff, and so they pretty much deserve a paragraph to themeselves. Thanks guys.
So now I'm going, at some point, to a jazz festival in Eureka with family. Which is cool, cuz it includes my grandma, who's awsome. So, won't be here for the weekend. Later all.
