Its almost that time...
Busy busy busy.
Esquad has been taking up alot of my time. Meetings are lasting three hours or more and we are getting alot done. But unfortunately we still suck.
Monday i worked at the waypoint from 1600-2300. There was a pajama dance party there. No one showed up. So i was there listening to really loud and really bad music by myself with Jamie who works there. Best song was a live version of Lynard Skynard's Freebird that lasted about 12 minutes.
Three weeks leading up to cruise. The projects are starting to be due, finals are coming up and then on May 3rd we are sailing for Europe. I know alot of people have already gone to Europe, but i think i am the only one taking the long way.
The weather here has been fabulous. Today first it drizzled, then it was sleet, then a downpour of rain, and finally snow. Thats why Maine is so great, because even in April you are guaranteed one last blizzard.
Last night I was awake for the 1:02:03 4/5/06. I was on watch on the ship. I didn't even remember the occasion, but then my buddy Will called me from down in the Engine room and told me to celebrate. I celebrated by reading my 4/C Cosmo which she had left in the quarterdeck. Who knew Lindsay Lohan was so deep? I also learned 7 ways to drive your man crazy. Cosmo is awesome.
