animated icons are a pain in the ass when you don't have compression software
I declare that July 11 is now International LJ icon day!
it is on this holiday that we all share our love for the Livejournal icon and all the greatness it provides. In Celebration, everyone shall create a new LJ icon to arise a fresher Journal. Remove that old, stale image that's been in your default icon area since day 1 and place in something that's even worse :D Make peoples eyes bleed on the keyboard so they have to clean up crusty blood with rags resulting in posts like "lhjisodpjlhydbvcjnkhjuyfshuihjkhyikjgyubhjgvfygvbhjlk ouhjnm vcgfgbnjm nbbni8u9oihjyg6tr4"! Get crazy pictures and make them crazyer by spinning them in a 4 frame animation! rock hard!
I create a daruma icon myself. Haha, watch it tumble. What zaniness!
of course, if you don't want to make a new icon, you can always admire others
