Sooo. What an exciting, action-packed weekend. I know it's only half past two on a Sunday, but I'm counting today as a non-day because I didn't wake up rill 12 and I really can't be bothered to do anything. Going to the supermarket is as exciting as this day is gonna get.

Finished at the wedding dress shop on Friday, dashed home via the Continental market (I have now lived on a diet of olives, cammenbert, random bread and pastry products and Turkish Delight for two and a half days) and met my sister and her friend. Took them to Camden to go clubbing and managed to get them home in one piece. Took Sister's friend to the station on Saturday morning then took Sister into town to look at fabrics (she wants me to maker her a prom dress). Was finding the idea of shopping on Oxford Street on a Saturday very unappealing, so got tickets to see The Producers instead. OMG everyone should go to see this show! It's completely brilliant and utterly hillarious. I actually cried, I was laughing so much. There was also an added element of wierdness in that I knew several of the cast members, and hadn't realised they were in it! You miss out on so much gossip when you're away from London for a while. Seeing your friend's flatmate dressed in a Nazi uniform singing 'Springtime for Hitler' is quite bizarre. Sister had to go home so I put her on the train, dashed home to eat food and watch Doctor Who (my flatmate Eve and I are addicted!) then went back into town to meet friends at a bar and jump up and down to cheesy songs. Managed to find night bus, got home and watched hamster perform amazing gravity-defying gymnastic feats.

Next week I must find free things to do in London. Must not spend more money. Except on stuff I really need. I think I'm trying to distract myself from finding a real job by getting really excited about short courses I could sign up to do. What would be more fun to make, shoes, hats or bags?
