its one wk in hkg
one week passed pretty quickly in hkg, i guess i m pretty much settled in and adjusting to the new routine. work is expected la, usually the interns do the archiving while they figure what else can be given to you. so i had to paced myself else i will finish it very fast n end up being very bored from 330 to 6 like yday.
its rather easy for me to get to work, its really convenient to hope on the ding ding che aka tram, and its only abt 10 mins away. so i wake up at 730, fix breakfast (check out how it looks in facebook) and leisurely get to work. will try to wake up for the gym before work this coming wk, since gym is between room and work. one of the things that i find tt i need time to get used to is probably their accent and how the call certain things like printer as "prin-ta" and file as "far-low", etc
well i like my room, its cosy now. got more things to make it look more organised and more live-able. thr's cable tv besides the 4 local channels, so its good, i stay in the whole day if i want to. :) things r getting on well, getting familiar with the amenities in the area, i survived a tiff with the laundry shop woman who insist i leave my laundry bag behind ?! like i wanna take it back to put laundry one leh.
honestly ah, pple here r well, survivors, people who really only fend for themselves. i really need to get used to their pace of walking, its not the CBD kinda fast fast, but like i will be stuck at a traffic light n no one will give way for u to move fwd?!?
