So my Chinese co-worker just asked me & my other co-worker if we knew any good recipes for blood.  While Justin (a Korean) knew of this type of practice from some Korean foods, I was immediately disgusted beyond belief.  Then, when asking what kind of dish you would make, I sarcastically asked if they made soup from it.  She got excited and said, "yes!"  then told me how good it was and how good it was for you.  (I don't care how good it is for you, i will not try it).

Out of morbid curiousity and my kindness, I looked up "blood soup" on the internet.  Sure enough, my initial repulsion was well founded.  The first recipe was "Duck Blood Soup".
