Really. I have absolutely NOTHING to go on with this case. AT ALL. That is honestly the best I can do with this one :(

*snerks* My guess is that said server died (or they think it did, anyway), and is currently no more useful than a brick.

No one knows ANYTHING. The server is in the UK, the support guys are in India, and I'm in the US.

There will be no duck row getting on this one, no there will not.

Oh my gawd I fricken hate those. To me when they say that, they're really saying "We don't know what the hell we need done, so we expect you to figure it out for us."
