This weekend was pretty good. Friday night we headed up to Lynnwood's copy of The Rock restaurant for
socioecoboy's birthday celebration. After some food and drinks we went to
yimmy149's place for some Wii and to check out his new fancy speakers. They ARE a SIGHT! And worth a listen.
Saturday morning I woke up late, got coffee and headed over to Dev's parents house. They are moving into another house temporarily while they fix up and sell their house and wanted help setting up the Internet at the new place. After climbing nearly all of Cougar mountain we got to this "temporary" abode and the view is nothing short of amazing. I brought my camera but forgot the memory card so I have no pictures. I will get some later though. So I set up their Internet, network, and networked their printers. After that I decided it was time to get the fish tank rolling. See
the Aquarium Blog for an update on that.
Sunday I got up, got coffee and spent pretty much the rest of the day in my garage separating garbage stuff from keep stuff. I have ALOT of stuff and need to toss tons of it. I stopped by Radio Shack for an HDMI cable, Denny's Pet World to replace a light ballast for the fish tank, and CompUSA to get a new scanner that works with MacOSX. My other scanner isn't supported on MacOSX so I haven't been able to use it.
I spent the remainder of the evening making soup, watching some TV, and then scanning old photos of boats. I'll post about that separately.
