I've discovered that if I don't listen to music for at least an hour a day, I don't have a good day at all. Today was one of those days where almost every customer was getting on my nerves for one reason or another. God. I think I'm gonna turn my resume in to HR and go for a management position. anything is better than dealing with stupid customers all day long. I've been at this place long enough. Hell I've been at call centers since freakin 1998. I'm tired of being on the phones. It's physically draining.

I'm so bored right now. Imunna go take a shower. Ok bye.
