[Don wakes up in the darkness of his room. It's early morning, but his room is without windows. He gets up and stumbles out of bed, stumbling slightly as he makes his way to the modified former kitchen portion of his room

If it is dangerous it will be dangerous, whether we fear it or not.

That's true. I'd still prefer it to be benign, considering it could be everywhere.

It is not of the Dark. I know that much. [The boy hesitates.] And I do not feel anything from it. It feels.... natural, I think. Like it is a part of the world, without being good or evil in itself.

[Volcanoes and hurricanes are also natural, unfortunately.]

So it's at least not from an evil spell or.. machine? Not that nature can't be dangerous.

It does not feel like it has evil intentions. But, there is something. It feels like something is coming. There is a weightiness today.
