1. What did you do in 2008 that you’d never done before? Start thesising, have sex with not-Erik, leave the continent, swim.
2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year? I don't remember having any

4. Did anyone close to you die? No one comes to mind.
5. What countries did you visit? JAPAN!
6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008? More self-control, a degree
7. What dates from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? I never know the date. November 2nd was the sort of painful you only want to do once..
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Intro, methods.
9. What was your biggest failure? Trying to become more physically healthy.

14. Where did most of your money go? Food. Food with friends. Tea. Bouldering
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? Going to Japan, sex with not-Erik, NaNoWriMo, Sandwich days with Sam, hiking (not that that went anywhere), having a male office mate makeup, oh god. BOULDERING! and learning to swim.

18. What do you wish you’d done more of? Made time for friends, the Reed social scene, Erik.

20. How did you spend Christmas? With Erik's family. Lovelove.

29. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? I turned 22. It was a nonevent, yay midterms. Though I did get a lovely purple pen and giraffe puppet.
30. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? More sex, less arguments.
31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2008? I wear clothes.
32. What kept you sane? Charli, Whitney, Rachel, Erik (when he wasn't driving me crazy), Wes for the head scratches. So people, peppermint tea and makeup and tweezers.

35. Who did you miss? Beth, always. Devin, we spent a lot of time together. Randomly Ryan from my youth. All my Seattle friends now that i'm not there.
36. Who was the best new person you met? Monica, we should have been friends for years Geoff, I just don't know anyone like him.
37. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2008. Everyone is broken, worse than I thought and they nearly all want hugs.
