all in all, a total success, plus there's stuff coming from my sister eventually as well.
i got my mom a card that played Mele Kalikimaka; she loved it. i got my dad a new pots and pans set and some winter socks. he was thoroughly overjoyed. i got his girlfriend earrings she liked. and i got my sister a twinkerbell poster that she hasn't received yet.

plus a some gift cards to buy some wintery clothes! yay!
