I HAVE A HOUSE for spring '06 semester in Lansing! This house is sort of tiny, but has 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and some other random room along with a garage and bathroom. There is a "basement" however, its very short and not very useable. Great for storage though. We won it at an auction this morning in Lansing. We'll get keys from the bank that forclosed on it within 30 days and then can start working on it! HORAY!
