I think you have too much weight there. You're straining to keep it up to a point you'll injure yourself if you move wrong.

You should test it before you start lifting seriously. If it feels too heavy, it probably is.

Start with the lightest weights you can find and do that for a day or two, then raise it a bit. Pushups and situps are also good for the body.
