Okay, so mom and I were watching TV when we saw a preview for a movie about Garrison Keillor's life. I absolutely looove Garrison Keillor. My dad used to leave his radio show on at night when we stayed at our cabin in Pickwick, TN. His voice is just the most soothing sound; he's the epitome of radio personalities. The movie looks funny and worth seeing multiple times (which means a lot coming from me), but there's one fear...Lindsay Lohan. I used to like Lohan; back in her Parent Trap days, when she looked like a normal human being and appeared to have some potential for acting. Unfortunately, she attempted a career in pop-music and officially became annoying. Despite the fact that it's quite difficult to see her from sideways on, she exudes an unhealthy amount of pomp. If you ask me (which, of course, you haven't, but fuck you), she better be thanking God, Allah, Buddah, Xenu, or whatever stroke of providence got her this movie deal. Maybe now she'll stop giving us crap like Herbie Fully Loaded and Freaky Friday.
Yes, I feel better now.
Check out Keillor's film,
A Prairie Home Companion.
